Selling Points is a trademarked term for the proprietary system of marketing real estate developed by the Property Owner's Network & Our Colorado Homes.  It is designed for the exclusive use of our clients when their properties are listed with us, or other broker's listings when authorized under the rules of MLS cooperation. The use of our system to market any property outside the scope of our listing or cooperative agreement with another broker is prohibited without our written consent.
 
The ads we post are for properties where the Property Owner's Network (dba Our Colorado Homes), one of its affiliates or another broker has a listing contract in force with the owner, either on a full or limited service, MLS or non-MLS basis.  Ads may also be posted for properties where we or any other broker may not have a listing contract in force with the owner, but where we have the owner's permission to advertise them.

 

When known, we will identify properties that are MLS-listed by number.  Information we provide is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.  All properties are subject to changes in price, terms, or prior sale. All properties for sale must conform to both federal and state laws regarding Fair Housing.  For non-MLS listings, any co-op (commission) offered to a non-listing broker is at the sole discretion of the seller, who is under no obligation until a proper contract is executed between the parties to the sale.  In general, the sale of any MLS-listed or non-MLS listed property shall be governed by the contract that is in force between the owner and his or her broker.
