**FOR SALE SIGNS**

Selling property on your own?

If you decide to list with us at the same time you're selling on your own

  and you don't have a sign, we'll custom-print and

install one of ours!  The sign is a flexible water and windproof

plastic-coated banner mounted on a very attractive lightweight frame.

Our sign will look great and stay put in any weather* as it ATTRACTS ATTENTION
to your property.  After it sells, you can keep the sign frame for other signs
we have for special occasions, like garage sales, birthday parties, etc.

The first two photos below show our standard frame with a sign banner installed.
The third photo shows our new SignLite frame with a solar-powered red beacon light
installed.  Buyers and guests will have no trouble finding your home at night!

*Results of field tests:  our banners have been field-tested out in the wind, rain, and snow.  Beginning the evening of 6/7/2007, we had the opportuity to test the wind resistance of the entire sign & banner, as a high wind warning was in effect (our test location was close to 9000' west of Boulder, CO.).  The wind topped out well above hurricane force throughout the night, knocking down trees and tearing up roofs (click here for weather data; click here for newspaper article).  We are pleased to say our SignLight sign & frame was perfectly intact in the morning!
