CONTRIBUTION OPTIONS

Town of Windsor Disc Golf Project

Jason Shedd Fundraising

1.  Disc Golf Tee Sponsorship:  includes a color metal sign with permanent hole and sponsor information, including your website, phone, and company logo.  You also get a Business Card ad in our monthly newsletter (below) and a permanent link to your business’s website on our site’s Product & Service Provider page--$299

Any additional donation will be credited to the Jason Shedd Fundraising account at the Bank of Colorado in Windsor.

2.  Our Colorado Homes Newsletter Business Card Ad:  includes your full-size business card in our monthly newsletter (first issue in October, 2009), in addition to a permanent link on our website’s Product & Service Provider page--$99

Any additional donation will be credited to the Jason Shedd Fundraising account at the Bank of Colorado in Windsor.

3.  Any Donation You Would Like to Make:  you decide how to allocate to either the disc golf project or the Jason Shedd family or both--$______

Contributions can be made by a single check made payable to the Property Owner’s Network (any portion allocated to Jason shall be promptly credited to his fundraising account at the Bank of Colorado in Windsor), or by credit or debit card via PayPal at www.ourcoloradohomes.net/pay.aspx .

If you wish, you can make separate payments to the Property Owner’s Network for disc golf, and the Jason Shedd All Stars for direct deposit to his fundraising account.
