Buyers will be able to easily watch your video, and directly contact you to find out more or to set up a showing. There is a modest charge for the video production.*
You will also be able to use the video in your own advertising via the YouTube link!
But in addition to the video, I'll give you free advice** on how to get your property sold without having to pay a commission! As a broker, why would I want to do this? Because in spite of your best efforts, you may eventually need more assistance. In that case, I could point you in the right direction. This could be a referral to one of our affiliated full-service MLS brokers, if you wanted to list at the time. He or she would charge you no more than a 4% listing commission. But if you still were not ready to list and wanted to keep selling on your own, I would remain available for additional consultation for a reasonable fee.
